Ans. GlowVia Tailor is a company which wishes to help its female customers modern tailoring services from the comfort of their homes. 2. How can I book an appointment?

3. If I have the material with me – will you pickup?

Ans. Yes, We can pickup the material from your home but this pickup services for Delhi Only

4. Can I prefer my own time schedule to measurement (for home visit)

Ans. Yes, you can select any date or time for home visit, in any case time slots are full than we will inform & request you to change time.

5. If the garment does not fit, what should I do?

Ans. All you need to do is send us back the same package as it is. We will send our representative to you and ensure that you get a guaranteed fitting.

6. How do I cancel the order if I have changed my mind?

Ans. You can only cancel if the materials have not yet been cut. If the cloth has already been cut, cancellation cannot be done. Alternatively, if it is an alteration, it can only be cancelled till the time the tailor has not altered the material.

7. What are your accepted modes of payment?

Ans. We are accepting cash as the method of payment. However, we will soon make credit cards, debit cards and Internet banking available to our customers as well.

8. What do I do if I have forgotten my login details?

Ans. Your login information will be sent to your mail ID. When you click on Forgot my Password, it will automatically ask you for your email ID and send login information.

9. Where are your garments made?

Ans. All the garments are made at our Delhi centre.

10. Why to change from a neighborhood tailor to GlowviaTailor.com?

Ans. For a neighborhood tailor it is usually not possible to go to every house to deliver. And if you change your mind after telling him, you will have to spend time and go to him again. However, at GlowviaTailor.com you have the freedom of taking time and choosing your own design. The levels of experience possessed by our professional tailors are unmatched.

11. Are you supplying materials outside India?

Ans. No. At present we provide and collect clothes within India only, Delhi to be specific. However, we do have plans to expand operations into other parts of India soon.

12. How to select designs, neck patterns etc.?

Ans. Sign up or sign in as a new customer. Fill up your personal information. After clicking Submit, click on enter measurement. Go to our website and click on a specific service (salwar, blouse, kurti)Then based upon this, you can select a specific style (sleeve, front neck back neck, etc.). Once done, click on next- it will automatically confirm your order. You will receive a confirmed order ID for the same. Alternatively, you can choose the tab Online Measurement.

13. How can I give my measurements online?

Ans. Yes, you can give your measurements via an online form. All you need to do is click on the Online Measurement tab. It will give you 3 options- Online Measurement, Appoint a Tailor and Collect my existing pre-fit garments. "Appoint a tailor" will allow you to have the tailor visit your home.

14. Is it ok if I give you my sample garment for measurements?

Ans. Yes, you can give your sample garment. Choose the "Collect my pre-fit garment" mentioned above and someone from our team will come to collect the same. Sizes vary over time, and we certainly understand that.

15. Do I need to provide measurement garment every time I order from GlowviaTailor.com?

Ans. Depends, we will maintain your order history with measurement profile, in case if there is any changes in measurements from your last order we request you to provide the measurement garment once again.

16. How much time will it take for my order to arrive? Will I have to pay charges?

Ans. It will take a maximum of 2-3 days for the order to reach you, as per the information given by courier companies. You will only need to pay standard courier charges.
